Processing and Shipping Time
Process time depends on current workload. For items purchased solely from the website allow 3-4 business days to process and 3 business days to ship. All packages are shipped via USPS. I usually can ship them much quicker.Β
For live sale listings allow 1-2 days for your individual listing to be posted (I normally post them right after the live sale ends). Allow 3 days to process and ship. I usually have a very quick turn around time, this can be used as buffering.Β
When your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number sent directly to your email address.

Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.Β To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
NON-RETURNABLE items + ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds will be granted in certain applicable situations:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at kylees.crystals@gmail.com
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
I do not offer exchanges unless item(s) are defective or damaged, we can offer an exchange if we have the item in stock. If out of stock, you will receive a store credit. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at kylees.crystals@gmail.com and send your item to:

You are responsible for the shipping costs for a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Shipping and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Package Insurance
Orders being shipped via Priority Mail will be insured up to $100. If you would like to add more coverage please send me an email (kylees.crystals@gmail.com).
If your package arrives with broken crystals please file a claim with USPS ( https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm ) and reach out to me via e-mail.
Something Wrong with My Order:
My package never came in.
If you have not received a tracking number in your email 5 days after completing your transaction please send an email to kylees.crystals@gmail.com. I cannot offer refunds or store credit for stolen/lost packages and tracking numbers with a status of "Delivered". If this is the case for you, please reach out to USPS for assistance.

My item arrived damaged.
Kylee's Crystals is not responsible for damaged or lost packages or items. Shipping your items carefully and safely is one of my top priorities. I package as well as humanly possible and luckily have had VERY few issues.Β
Once a package is out of my hands, it is entirely in the hands of USPS as far as safety and speed. I don't have any control.Β
I do not offer refunds or store credit for packages that have been damaged in transit.
If you received a damaged box/item, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Keep ALL of you packaging.Β

Something is missing from my package.
I try my best to ensure that nothing is missing from your packages but I am human and make mistakes sometimes! If you notice that something is missing from your order please send an email to kylees.crystals@gmail.com and I can help locate your item and send it to you with free shipping!
I was using my item and it broke/became damaged.
I am so sorry to hear this, but unfortunately, I do not offer store credit or refunds for items that become damaged once they leave my hands.

I received my package and am having a hard time removing the sticker label.
Using labels is the best system for me to use when keeping track of your orders especially during a live sale. The best way I have found to remove the sticker goop is to use a box cutter to get underneath the sticker to remove.
My live sale listing is gone.
I allow 24 hours to pay off your live sale listing after it has been posted to the website. After 24 hours all unpaid invoices will be canceled if you have not communicated with me. If you would still like your items but have missed the 24 window to pay please email kylees.crystals@gmail.com with your Instagram username and I can see if those items are still available. Repeat non-payers are at risk of being blocked from future sales. Please be responsible and considerate.
